July, 16. The opening ceremony of 54th Russian Helicopter Open took place.
Together with Russian pilots, crews from Poland and Czech Republic will take part.
The leaders of Konakovo district spoke at the grand opening. The head of Konakovo district, Oleg Vladimirovitch Lobanovsky greeted the competitors. He wished to all of them to have excellent results.
In grand tradition the flag of Russia is raised at the opening ceremony. This year the honor was awarded to the crew from Moscow, the absolute winners of the previous Championship, Yury Yablokov and Konstantin Podoynitsyn.
